SMS privacy notice
This notice covers the SMS opt-in form and client service SMS program of Quext Interactive Technologies, Inc. This program covers client communications across the Quext product family.
Information we collect
The opt-in form stores your name, mobile number, submission time, the consent wording you accepted, and the versions of these SMS terms and this notice. We also record the form’s web address, browser information, and a hashed network address to document submissions and reduce abuse. A temporary session cookie protects the form and prevents duplicate submissions. Your hosting connection may also appear in standard server security logs.
How we use it
We use this information to record your SMS preference, respond to inquiries, provide client service updates and general safety information, prevent misuse, and maintain consent and opt-out records. Submitting the form does not itself send a text or verify ownership of the number.
Sharing and protection
We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in and consent information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide information to service providers only as needed to host, secure, or deliver this messaging program, or disclose information when required by law.
Opt-in records are stored in Quext’s server database and are not publicly accessible through this website. We retain records as needed to operate the program, document consent, honor opt-outs, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Your choices and contact
Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help when you receive a message. For assistance, corrections, withdrawal of consent, or a request to delete your information, email support@quextit.com. We may need to verify your request, and may retain limited records needed to honor your opt-out or meet legal obligations.
